Brian Estenson

Mr. Estenson currently serves as the Personnel Director and Asset Manager for Mariah Resources Incorporated.  Mr. Estenson is responsible in ensuring the recruitment and delivery of highly trained and reliable wind technicians throughout the United States and Canada.  Mr. Estenson is also responsible for the brand growth and marketing of Mariah Resources Incorporated.  Mr. Estenson brings management, marketing and financial expertise to the Mariah Resources team. Mr. Estenson previously served as a Vice President for a Fortune 50 Corporation.
 
   
 
 
Laurie Kursar
HR Manager
 
Laurie Kursar was appointed as the Manager of Human Resources in February 2008. Her areas of responsibility have included human resource management services, organizational development,  employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, medical services, training and career development, employee integrity programs, compliance and payroll finances. Prior to assuming her role as Human Resource Manager for Mariah, Mrs. Kursar was a seasoned 18-year California State Employee where is she worked for the Franchise Tax Board as a supervisor in Corporation Collections.  The majority of her service was within the California Department of Forestry Human Resources Division . In this capacity, she was responsible for all points above including a high level of leadership and support, as well as direct oversight of all payrolls within the vast department. Mrs. Kursar is committed to leading the Human Resources department into various practices and complex objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture, that emphasizes communication, productivity, values, goal attainment, and the employment and ongoing development of “Team Mariah” a superior workforce.
 
 
 
 
Jacob Sands
Environmental Health & Safety
Jake Sands is the corporate environmental health safety manager for Mariah Resources. Mr. Sands' professional experience includes an eleven year background in fire rescue and emergency medical services as well as hazardous material transport and heavy equipment operation. Among the many duties of an EHS manager, Mr. Sands feels the most important is keeping up to date with the latest regulations and educating employees to facilitate a safe, healthy working environment.

Mr. Sands is currently certified in the following: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 501, train the trainer in Recognizing Regulatory Liability, DOT Loading –Blocking-Bracing Regulations, OSHA Fall Protection Certification, OSHA Electrical safety Lock-out/Tag-out, OSHA Machine Guarding Regulations, OSHA Slips-Trips-Falls Regulations, OSHA Personal Protective Equipment, OSHA Cranes-Slings Regulations, OSHA Confined Space Entry and Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response
 
Barron Peterson
Director of Independent Wind
Barron Peterson joined the Mariah Resources team after over 20 years of owning and operating multiple businesses and a corporation. Barron’s strong background in marketing and service makes him perfectly suited to his role as Director of Independent Wind. His innate sense of organization, detail, and structure allows him to effectively manage the diverse nature of this unique division while keeping a keen eye on the future.
 
   
 
 

Randy Davenport
Logistics Manager

Randy Davenport is the head of logistics for Mariah Resources Inc.  Mr. Davenport manages the daunting task of delivering both personnel and equipment across the country and Canada.  A strong background in shipping and receiving and a degree in accounting, facilitates not only tremendous punctuality of delivery but also tremendous tracking and accountability of product.  Before joining Mariah Resources Inc, Mr. Davenport worked as a welder, fabricator, aircraft mechanic, pilot, and accountant.
 
   
 
 
David Pridy
IT Manager
Mr. Pridy is the head of web development and all IT responsibilities. Intimate knowledge of Mariah Resources software and years of independent web development experience fortify his value to Mariah Resources. Mr. Pridy is responsible for customer training and support on all facets of interactive software and on line accountability tracking. Functioning in a support role to all technicians and site supervisors Mr. Pridy is the link between field work and Mariah Resources ability to bill for this work, as all field work is catalogued daily through the web site, technician accessible software or email.
